Hi everyone,

It's all about music in this newsletter issue!

If you like great music, you've come to the right place! The music quality in our game is something we spend a lot of effort on because we believe that music is an essential part in setting the emotional foundation for our game experience. Apart from setting the emotional tone, the music in our game also sometimes indirectly reveals information. Main characters or factions in the story often have their specific music style, and you might recognize their intentions and dispositions by picking up cues from the music.

Let's take your neighbor's au pair, Ou, who was already introduced in the previous newsletters, as an example. Ou's personality has components of sensitivity, vulnerability, longing, but also extrovert and very provocative elements at the same time. To give you an idea how this is experienced as a soundscape in the game, I have added below 5 minutes of brief samples of music for some of the scenes with Ou. And yes, good speakers/headphones will certainly make for an even greater game experience!
